
RULES OF CONDUCT
1. No ticket or charge of admission for parties.
2. NOTHING is to be put on the walls or ceiling(Temporarily or Permanmently).
3. Trash receptacles are in various areas of the facility. All trash must be appropriately placed in the receptacles during events.
4. Skateboards and roller skates are NOT ALLOWED within the Community Center, nor the grounds.
5. Pets are NOT ALLOWED in the Community Center. Service animals are allowed. Pets are allowed in general park areas and must always be on a leash. Please clean up after your pet. For your convenience, pet waste stations are provided at various park locations.
6. Alcoholic beverages are NOT ALLOWED on grounds, nor in the Community Center.
7. Except for Law Enforcement Personnel, firearms and weapons are NOT ALLOWED in the Community Center, nor on the grounds.
8. Fireworks are NOT ALLOWED on the grounds.
9. Personal or Private grills are NOT ALLOWED on the grounds.
10. The trails are designed to accommodate foot traffic only( No Bicycles, Scooters, Skateboards, etc)
11. Motorized vehicles, including motorcycles, may park only in designated parking areas.
12. No inflatables of any type are allowed on the grounds.
13. The individual reserving the Community Center must be present the duration of the event and will be responsible for any cleaning or repair costs.
14. Children (12 and under) must be always accompanied by adults.
15. All events must be contained within the Community Center. Loitering in the parking areas is NOT ALLOWED.
16. The Community Center must be left in the state in which it was found. Failure to do so may cause the deposit to be forfeited and a cleaning fee to be charged.
17. ANY music/live entertainment should be kept at a moderate level to not disturb the surrounding community.
18. Per the town noise ordinance, all parties or meetings must end by 11pm. No one should be in the building past 12am.
